Alignment, Presence, Sparkle

My 2025 wasn’t a year of “more.” It was a year of truer. Truer energy. Truer timing. Truer decisions. And the surprising realization that the biggest shifts don’t always come from doing bigger things – but from becoming more present inside the life you already have.

This year taught me, again and again, that energy is not a nice add-on. It’s the foundation. I watched it in my work: some people transformed their lives when they were willing to look, feel, and shift – and others stayed at the edge of change, not because they lacked potential, but because commitment can’t be outsourced. I felt it in myself too: after seasons of creating, leading, and moving fast, I needed a pause. And in Australia – offline, spacious, quiet – I finally understood “The Power of Now” not as an idea, but as an experience. One thing at a time. One breath at a time. Less rushing. More being. And strangely: more clarity.

There were moments of pure sparkle – launch nights, rooms full of high frequency, conversations that felt like nourishment, and those unexpected experiences that whisper: yes, you belong here. There were also the moments that cracked something open: standing in front of a wooden board, 45 people watching, and realizing that real strength isn’t force – it’s focused energy.

If there’s one thread that runs through everything: 2025 showed me that we don’t need to push harder to get where we want to go. We need to align. To choose spaces and people that invite real transformation. To lead with presence – especially in fast-changing times. And to remember, again and again: the moment we’re living right now is not the obstacle. It’s the starting point. And what changed compared to 2024 you can find out here in my annual review 2024.

Welcome to My Annual Review 2025

My Most Important Topics and Moments in 2025

Why Abundance? And Why NEW Abundance?

The whole Abundance story got started in such a simple way: In March Margarita Lozano asked me to give a workshop with the title “Living Abundance – With Joy, Energy, and AI,” for the InsightTreff. My first reaction was honestly, Who am I to speak about abundance? I’m not a millionaire (yet), so what exactly was I going to teach? But then I stopped looking at abundance through the “bank account only” lens and asked a different question: what does abundance mean to me – really?

Speaking at InsightTreff about New Abundance

And suddenly it was so clear: for many of us, abundance isn’t money or status anymore, it’s energy. It’s asking: What nourishes me? What fills my heart? What expands my mind? What truly matters – for me, my family, my world? And the truth I shared (and still believe with my whole body) is this: the amount of abundance we experience reflects the energy we allow ourselves to hold and receive. That workshop opened a door I didn’t even know was there: I was invited to speak at other events about the energy of abundance, and somewhere along the way the Abundance Journal was born.

Here I would like to give a big thank you to the amazing Janina Vinklere – because without her encouragement and support the Journal wouldn’t be so beautiful as it looks now.

On November 13 the Abundance Journal officially met the world, and instead of doing the usual “tick the box and move on,” I decided to celebrate it properly. So we gathered in Zürich for the Abundance Journal Launch Night, and it was one of those evenings where you could literally feel the energy shift as soon as women walked in. We talked about money and abundance like real humans: honest, emotional, sometimes funny, and definitely without the “just hustle more” nonsense.

Celebrating the Abundance Launch with Bubbles

I shared a behind-the-scenes look at how the journal came to life (spoiler: not in a perfectly curated glow), and hearing from advanced readers speak about what’s already changing for them gave me goosebumps – thank you Janina and Renee LaPlante for sharing your insights.

Ewelina Kawczynska moderated the night and somehow managed to make the room feel both held and electric. The guided abundance ritual was the moment where things got quiet in the best way, like everyone remembered something important about themselves. And the apéro at the end wasn’t just food and bubbles, Iit was connection, laughter, sparkling conversations, and that “I’m not alone” feeling.

At the Launch Party with Ewelina and Renee

And yes, 2026 brought me so many abundance moments, in the most beautiful, surprising, not-always-about-money ways.

Australia, or: The Power of NOW

In August I took six weeks off in Australia – and I still can’t quite believe I’m writing that sentence like it actually happened (because it did). What made it even wilder was that I had worked on this “six weeks off” by creating the prompts for the Abundance Journal long before the flights were booked, like a slightly outrageous wish I didn’t fully know how to receive yet. And then life said: Okay. Here you go.

Australia didn’t just give me beautiful beaches and that unreal kind of sky, it gave me space. Real space. The kind where your nervous system finally stops sprinting, and you suddenly notice how much of your “normal” life is actually just constant pressure in disguise. I learned that rest isn’t the reward at the end of productivity – rest is the foundation. And I learned that my best ideas don’t arrive when I force them; they arrive when I’m quiet enough to hear them.

I didn’t expect how much it would change me. I’ve known Eckhart Tolle’s The Power of Now for years – beautiful idea, modern classic – and if I’m honest, I never fully got it. I understood the words, the theory… but living it was a different story. Until my time in Australia.

The Amazing Pink Lake in Australia

It didn’t come with a big “aha.” It was quieter than that. I found myself

  • Hiking… and only hiking – no thoughts about my work, no mental to-do lists, no background stress about what’s next. Just my steps, the landscape, my breath.
  • Driving… and just driving.
  • Reading… and just reading.
  • Talking… and actually listening.
  • Cooking… and feeling the joy of every motion.

No multitasking, no “while I do this, I’ll quickly do that,” no pressure to rush through the moment just to get to the next one. Subtle, but profound and honestly, an incredible experience.

The biggest gift was the feeling of being enough and having enough time. Less rush, less noise, less trying to do five things at once. Just doing one thing at a time and actually enjoying it. And for someone who is usually always doing, always creating, always moving forward, that was powerful, because I realized it’s not about doing less, it’s about being more present with what I’m doing.

And that changes everything. So as I returned to work, to writing, to all of you, I brought something new with me: presence, slowness, clarity, and a deeper connection to the now. Have you ever experienced this, even for a moment? If not, I truly wish it for you, and maybe your next “to-do” isn’t another task, but permission to slow down, to feel the moment, to be here.

Basel, Laura, and the Sentence I Didn’t Know I Carried

On November 3 I did something I’ll remember for a long time: I went to a live workshop with Laura Malina Seiler in Basel. I’ve been a fan of Laura for years, so yes, seeing her in real life was a little “is this really happening?” moment. But what made the day special wasn’t celebrity-energy. It was the frequency in that room. The kind of high, clear energy that comes from hundreds of people who are not there to be entertained, but to go all in. Everyone came with this unspoken agreement: I’m here to shift something. And Laura? She gave 100% too, you could feel it in every word, every pause, every moment where the room went completely still.

Meeting Laura Malina Seiler at her Workshop in November

And even though I do a lot of energy work with myself, something about that space made it easier to let go – faster, deeper, without my mind constantly trying to “understand” it first. We did a powerful meditation to connect with the soul and ask what it truly wants to bring into the world… and then we went straight to the part nobody can fake: what stands between that wish and receiving it. It sounds simple, but wow, it wasn’t straightforward at all.

What showed up for me was a sentence I didn’t even know I was carrying: “I don’t deserve it.” Seeing it that clearly was like switching on the light in a room I’d been walking through for years. When I walked out, I didn’t feel like a completely new person but I did feel lighter, like I had dropped baggage I hadn’t even noticed I was dragging around. Ten kilos lighter. More sparkling. More radiant. And I’m so grateful Melanie Kovacs was there with me, it honestly wouldn’t have been the same without her. 😊

How a Wooden Board Changed How I See Myself

In November another important event happened – that literally changed my life.

I stood in front of a 2 cm thick wooden board. Just me. My bare hand. And 45 people watching. I was in a workshop with martial arts expert and leadership coach Christian Daniel Mayer. At one point he looked at us – 45 women (and a few brave men) and said: “Now you’re going to break a board. With your bare hand. No tricks. Just energy.” I laughed. Nervously. Until I realized… he was serious. Then he handed me the board and said: “You go first.” And suddenly I was standing at the front of the room, everyone watching, no backing out. And yes, part of me was scared, not of pain, but of failing. Of people thinking: Let’s see if she can do it. I knew I was carrying more than just my board. If I wouldn’t make it, confidence would shrink. The room would tighten. But if I made it… something would open for all of us.

Me and the Board Before I Cut It in Two

And then it became crystal clear: this wasn’t about strength. This was about energy. Going first creates the field, so I breathed into the moment, focused, connected and stopped trying to push. One deep breath. One intention. One clear yes. I split the board cleanly in half. Clean. Effortless. Done. I stood there in disbelief, surprised by my own power. Christian said: “You just stepped out of your comfort zone.” But honestly? It didn’t feel like stepping out of anything. It felt like stepping into something I had forgotten – a deeper truth, a power that was always there underneath the daily doing, the overthinking, the pressure to achieve, the striving to finally feel “enough.”

And what hit me wasn’t just I can break a board – it was: If I can do this by focusing my energy… what else is possible? Because I know so many ambitious, brilliant women are carrying that same weight: pushing harder, trying more, doing everything “right,” and still not breaking through. So let me say this to you if you’re reading: it’s not that you’re not doing enough. It’s that your energy isn’t fully aligned and focused with what you truly desire and when you realign it, everything changes. This is the energy I’m bringing into 2026: focused, clear, unstoppable (but only in the ways that truly matter).

P.S. The women who came after me? They broke their boards too. Because once one woman shifts the energy, the whole room changes.

The Lessons in 2025 That Didn’t Come Wrapped in Glitter

One of my biggest challenges in 2025 came after running my 4-month mastermind for the third time: I needed a break. Not because I don’t love the work – I do – but because I had to face a truth that sounds obvious and still hits deep when you live it: I am not responsible for someone else’s success. I can guide, support, hold the space, ask the right questions, bring the energy, but the shift only happens when the participants are truly committed, willing to look honestly, and ready to change their energy.

Some women went all in and changed their lives in ways that still amaze me. Others stayed at the edge of what felt safe, and that meant the results stayed smaller too. That contrast taught me a lot and it also showed me I want to open an even more powerful space going forward: one that makes commitment the starting point, not the hope.

Challenging Myself to Optimize My Mastermind “Your Energy is Your Business Card”

The second challenge was surprising in a different way: I switched from the mastermind to monthly workshops on specific topics like Energy Work for Financial Flow or Are You Ready to Receive? The feedback was incredible: real, tangible shifts. One woman signed three new clients right after a workshop. Another received a special bonus from her boss out of the blue.

And yet, getting women to sign up often felt harder than it should have been. It was as if the simplicity of energy work made it unbelievable, like results must be earned through struggle, otherwise they don’t count. I noticed how exhausting it felt to constantly “explain” and “convince,” so after a few months I paused that concept too. Maybe the energy is right in 2026 so that more women want to experience the power of Personal Energy Management.

Invite to One of My Workshops

And then Australia added the third lesson: I came home craving slowness, intention, presence. By doing that I learned that waiting for the right timing is not easy for me (especially because I know how fast I can create when I’m in full momentum). But I also saw that some things become almost effortless when the timing is right. The tricky part? My environment had to adjust too, because people were used to me doing everything, all the time.

My Fazit: 2025 taught me that real power isn’t doing more, it’s doing what’s true, at the right depth, with the right people, at the right time. Commitment matters. Timing matters. And my energy is not something to pour out to prove a point, it’s something I lead with, protect, and choose on purpose.

Discovering Slowness

Two Experiences that Blew Me Away and I Wouldn’t Want to Miss

A Whole Year With Three Humans – and Three Real Transformations

In 2025 I had three clients I could guide for a full year (with breaks in between, because real change needs integration, not constant “more”). And seeing what can shift in twelve months was honestly breathtaking. One of them I saw just before Christmas – and I almost didn’t recognize him energetically: full of life, sparkling, genuinely happy with his family, successful in his job… and even the health issues that had weighed him down were resolved. It was one of those moments where you don’t need big words, because the proof is standing right in front of you.

Another client went from no job, no money, broke to receiving EUR 25’000 out of the blue. and the most important part wasn’t even the money arriving, it was that she could actually hold it. It didn’t slip away through old patterns. She invested it, grew it, and made choices from a completely different inner place, because she had become a different person. That’s the part that still gives me goosebumps: when the energy changes, life doesn’t just look different – it starts responding differently.

The Kindle Flash Sale and the Unexpected Gift of 50 Author Minds

Another highlight that truly surprised me was participating in the Kindle Flash Sale with Robbie Samuels and around 50 authors. It wasn’t even about pushing my own book, Change Your Energy – Change Your Life (though of course I loved having it in the mix). For me it became something else: a chance to bring genuinely great books to my community and then to actually read a lot of them.

Change Your Energy – Change Your Life as part of the Kindle Flash Sale

I read 30 books in a short time, and it felt like an intensive masterclass I didn’t know I needed. I learned so much from the authors’ insights, their stories, their expertise but even more from the why behind each book, the structure, the idea, the heart of it. Some concepts were so smart and so well-built that I literally had moments of, Wait… this is brilliant. And the best part: I got to exchange with the authors, ask questions, share what their books sparked in me – real conversations, not just “likes” and polite comments. That experience blew me away, and it’s one I wouldn’t want to miss. Thank you to every single one of these authors.

What I am Really Grateful For In 2025?

Champagne, Sparkle, and the Quiet Moment I Realized: I Belong Here

In 2025 I felt deeply grateful for a moment that still feels a little unreal: Dame Tessy Antony-de Nassau personally invited me to join her at the Champagne Show in Zurich. Black tie, harp music, a ballroom full of sparkle representing an elegant evening that somehow managed to feel both glamorous and genuinely warm.

There was an unforgettable fashion show, a private concert by Mari Kelly, and a painting by Elena Kupreeva that I can still see when I close my eyes: a couple waltzing the Blue Danube in luminous blues. The whole night was beautifully moderated by Tessy and Marcel, filled with deep conversation, lightness, and that rare kind of connection where you meet inspiring people and still feel completely at ease.

And what I’m grateful for isn’t “the setting” (even though it was stunning). I’m grateful for what happened inside me: the shift from Who, me? to Yes. I belong here. I felt abundant – not because of champagne or gowns, but because I was fully there: present, open, receiving. A year ago, I honestly wouldn’t have believed this was my life.

But this is what happens when you start shifting your energy and commit not only to success, but to alignment – you don’t just get “more,” you get moments that feel like proof of your own expansion.

HerImpact: The Kind of Room Every Woman Needs at Least Once a Year

Another thing I’m truly grateful for in 2025 is being part of spaces where women don’t have to shrink, over-explain, or perform competence just to be taken seriously. That’s what HerImpact felt like to me – created by Dr. Jacqueline Kucera and SoCoach Leadership.

I was a night where women who shape the future actually get to meet each other, speak, challenge, and connect with real presence. I spoke about Energetic Leadership and why it matters so much right now: because in these fast-changing, high-speed times (hello AI, hello constant change, hello information overload), “working harder” isn’t the answer – inner clarity, grounded presence, and the ability to manage your personal energy are.

Because you don’t always need more knowledge; sometimes you need a space that reminds you: your voice matters, your energy matters, and you don’t have to force your way into leadership, you get to redefine it from the inside out.

Speaking about Energetic Leadership

What stayed with me most wasn’t loud motivation or big promises, but the quiet power of being in a room where voice, energy, and vision are welcomed and respected. And it continues: I’ll be speaking again at the next #HerImpact meeting on March 20, 2026 in Zürich and the topic is exactly what so many of us are navigating right now: “Künstliche Intelligenz und Arbeitswelt – Bist du KI-kompetent für die neue Ära?” We’re standing at the edge of a working world shaped by AI and algorithms; information is everywhere, and orientation can feel strangely difficult. That’s why I love these spaces: they don’t just add more input, they help us find our own compass again, so we can move through this new era with clarity, inner strength, and real direction.

My Year 2025 in Numbers

Having a look at all these numbers my facts and figures on my social media accounts show me that my community is still small. In 2025 I put my main focus once again on my LinkedIn Community and I enjoy the exchange with all of them. There was a different energy and I got in touch with so many new and inspiring women – mainly – but also with some outstanding men. Especially during the Kindle Flash Sale I got the chance to meet so many exceptional authors and connect with them.

It is only numbers

As energy flows were attention goes my LinkedIn network increased so much more compared to all my other profiles on Social Media. This was interesting to observe. And yes, I am going to continue also in 2026 to be more on LinkedIn than the other platforms. Let’s see how things develop.

End of 2025 my accounts show the following numbers:

On Instagram I did so far 690 posts and  930 are following my account.

On Youtube there I published #90 episodes and #101 shorts with 213 Subscribers.

On TikTok there are 187 Followers and my content got 1´344 likes.

I have 3’025 Followers and 2’769 Connections on LinkedIn. I started a LinkedIn Newsletter in 2026 – The Business Energy Code – and at the end of the year it had 554 Subscribers.

I was invited to speak at 23 podcasts,  five Summits and five conferences and I just loved it.

My Outlook for 2026

What I Will Do Differently in 2026

In 2026 I will do a few things differently. It will be less about pushing and proving, and much more about choosing what truly works. Not louder. Not harder. But clearer. More aligned. More sustainable.

I will open a new space for women who are ready for real change

A space that isn’t a quick fix, but a place where transformation can actually settle – because that’s what creates results. I’m planning to launch a circle where women can enroll and be held in a consistent, supportive container while they shift what’s no longer serving them and move steadily toward their goals.

“The Energy Circle” is a beautiful working name but I’m also playing with names like The Energy Alignment Circle , because that’s exactly what happens when we work together: you reset old patterns, you align with what you truly want, and you build the kind of energy that makes follow-through feel natural. In this circle we won’t just talk about change. We’ll live it, week by week, with structure, guidance, and the power of doing it together. Not alone. Not in struggle mode. But in a way that feels both grounded and… almost magical, because suddenly things that used to feel heavy become possible again.

Together with Eleena and Oxana

I am pivoting back to my roots: Women in Corporate

Because the pressure there is real and it’s getting stronger. Women in corporate are often carrying an invisible weight: constant deadlines, full calendars, shifting priorities, performance expectations that never really end. They navigate stakeholder politics, unclear roles, reorganizations, and expectations that change without warning. They are expected to deliver, to lead, to keep everyone together — and often they also carry the emotional labor in teams, without it being acknowledged.

At the same time, many women still have to work harder to be seen, to be respected, to be promoted, if promotion is even on the table. They deal with difficult team dynamics, conflict, underperformance in the team, micro-management, or simply a lack of real support. And on top of all of it: the feeling of never fully switching off. Always thinking. Always doing. Always “on.” That’s not ambition anymore. That’s a direct road toward exhaustion and for many, toward burnout.

This is Your Space – You Just Need to Claim It

And here’s what I want to change: in 2026 I won’t answer corporate pressure with “work even harder.” I will bring in Personal Energy Management as the intelligent, effective alternative. Because there are ways to deal with these challenges that are much easier and much more powerful, than pushing through.

Personal Energy Management means learning how to regulate stress, recover energy before it’s depleted, set boundaries without guilt, and make decisions from inner clarity instead of external pressure. It means recognizing where your energy leaks and closing those leaks. It means leading yourself in a way that creates strength, not self-sacrifice.

And yes: it also means using more of what I call female energy, not as a cliché, but as a life-changing strategy. More intuition. Better timing. Deep self-trust. Sustainable productivity. Presence over pressure. Impact without burnout.

I will introduce Energetic Leadership into the corporate world

Because the old leadership model – performance at any cost – is not sustainable. Not for people. Not for culture. And ultimately not for business results either. Energetic Leadership is a different way: it’s leadership that starts with your presence, your emotional clarity, your ability to use your personal energy and respond rather than react.

This is the kind of leadership that lasts. It supports high performance and long-term wellbeing. It helps women lead with authority and softness, with clarity and empathy, with strength that doesn’t come from tension but from alignment. And that is exactly what corporate spaces need, if they want to keep talented women, develop healthy leadership, and build cultures that don’t burn people out.

At the Forbes Women Summit in Zurich

This Is How You Can Work With Me in 2026

In 2026 I want to go back to my roots and create something new for female executives. Not because the world needs “another program,” but because I keep seeing the same thing again and again, and it honestly breaks my heart a little. These women are smart, capable, experienced… and still they are dealing with insane pressure, constant politics, expectations that keep rising, and this quiet feeling that they have to be twice as good to be half as visible. And the way most of them try to solve it is the only way they’ve ever been taught: push harder, hold it together, don’t show weakness, keep going.

You Could be Sitting Here Next to Me 🙂

Which works… until it doesn’t. Until the body starts sending messages, the joy disappears, and burnout is suddenly not a dramatic word anymore, but a very real possibility. And that’s why I want to bring Energetic Leadership into the corporate world. Because it’s a smarter way to handle real problems: leading and deciding without running on adrenaline, setting boundaries without guilt, staying calm and clear when the room gets tense, and not leaking so much energy just to survive the week. I want women to remember: you can be powerful without being hard on yourself. And I think corporate needs exactly that right now.

If you’re looking for more personal transformation, I also offer 1:1 session packages for 8 – 12 weeks, because meaningful transformation takes time, focus, and a supportive and safe space to unfold.

And, of course, I’m always open to new collaborations – whether speaking at summits, joining podcasts, or exploring ways to share the message of energetic alignment with broader audiences.

My 5 Goals For 2026

As I haven’t reached all my goals I set myself for 2025, you will find some of the goals I had already last year here again – to give myself the chance to reach them in 2026. However, some goals are new to get a fresh perspective and also because I developed and I want to put my energy in other goals in 2026 . Let’s see how things will develop.

Goal #1: Create the Energy Circle. See description above.

Goal #2: Write and publish an Energy-Fantasy-Book. This was already planned for 2025. I have admit I got so caught up by creating my three Journals and the two Coloring Books that I couldn’t finish the Energy-Fantasy-Book. The first draft ist already done but it needs editing and I also got inspired to add some more characters to make it more diverse and deeper. So please stay tuned to learn more about it. The book will include some science, some magic and also some romance for the heart.

Goal #3:  Speak at least at one big Stage live. As I didn’t meet the goal to give a TEDx Talk, I shifted the goal to make it more open. And this talk can then be the foundation for my TEDx Talk. In 2025 I got invited to speak at different events about abundance. So let’s see which topic will come up in 2026. You will read next year if I managed.

Goal #4: Sell at least 1’000 copies of my book “Change Your Energy – Change Your Life” and The Abundance Journal. Now that the books are out I would love it to reach as many people as possible. I know that it indeed can transform the lives of so many people so they see all the opportunities and have the energy to leverage them to reach their goals. This is still one of my biggest visions.

Goal #5: Setting up a Mentorship Program for Female Entrepreneurs. I would like to develop a Mentorship Program to guide aspiring female entrepreneurs in male-dominated industries by offering a blend of energetic alignment, business strategy, reaching your goals and personal development.

Don’t be Only the Queen of the Day – Be the Queen of Your Life

My Motto for 2026

So yes – 2026 will be different.
It will be the year I choose taking time over pushing through. Sustainability over speed. Real energetic transformation over surface-level fixes.

And most importantly: it will be the year I explore that success doesn’t have to be hard. It can be powerful, clear, and deeply aligned and it can feel lighter than you ever thought possible. I just need to be at the right time and the right place and meet the right people.

Looking at all that what I want to achieve, my Motto for 2026 will be:

I am ready to receive!

2026 Will Be Special. So Be Prepared

Looking Forward to Your Comments

  1. Liebe Cornelia,
